Lynda Carter is an American actress and performer who rose to fame in 1970's television series Wonder Woman. It is also an enduring celebrity within pop culture and has appeared in many films and TV shows over her entire career. Her long-running acting career is complemented by being a producer and actor in numerous well-rated CBS television shows and some have earned Emmy Award nominations. Her appearances have been with a variety of world-famous singers, such as Ray Charles Tom Jones Kenny Rogers George Benson Ben Vereen. Lynda began her career at fourteen years old in Tempe Arizona. Her father is a owner of a mill and she is of Italian descent. Laura comes originally from Denville New Jersey. At Morris Knolls High School, she discovered her love in acting. She then attended the CarnegieMellon School of Drama at Pittsburgh which is where, in 1984 she obtained a Fine Arts Degree. Giacomo made her debut in the industry by shifting into New York. She began playing in stage productions and received praise for her performances. In 1987, she made her debut in the world of television with small roles in TV shows.
